ChatGPT connects to custom MCP servers in developer mode.

#Add the connector

1. Open Settings › Apps & Connectors. Under Advanced settings, turn on Developer mode.
2. Choose Create and fill in the connector:

Name             Upvera
MCP server URL   https://mcp.upvera.co/mcp
Authentication   OAuth

3. Save. ChatGPT opens app.upvera.co: sign in, read the consent page and approve.

#Use it

Pick the Upvera connector in a new chat, then ask:

Summarize what I shipped on my startups this week.
Draft a progress post for Kiln and save it to Hatch.

create_draft is the only tool that writes, and it only writes drafts.

#Disconnect

Delete the connector in ChatGPT, then revoke it in Settings › Security › AI access.
